Training Program
 
Changing client routines, increased efficiency and rapidly evolving contact centre business are all factors that keep us committed to training. Continuous training keeps us abreast with new developments and more importantly it helps us to match our performance to our clients needs.
 
Training new personnel to function at our professional level begins with a intensive 1 month off-line teaching with stimulated practical cases and continues with on-the-job training for another 8 weeks. Supervisors and senior supervisors receive continuous training according to their duties and responsibilities.
