In earlier years the company offered Hardware and Networking Solutions to a wide segment of SME’s in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Hardware services included Assembling computer machines, Reselling international brands – desktops & notebooks, Setting up of various Networks – LAN, WAN, VPN, WIRELESS and of course Troubleshooting & Maintaining the offered Hardware and Networking Solutions.
 
Since, June 2005, STPL has added another vertical of services – Call Centre Services; precisely Contact Centre services. The company also offers Information Security Consulting, Data migration services and IT infrastructure outsourcing. Small but successful venture in the Contact Centre operations has given the company a headway and focus in utilizing their rich experience of in the Contact Centre operations has given the company a headway and focus in utilizing their rich experience of forwarding Technical services – IT services to Vendors; who are constantly hunting for a Business Partner; with IT domain knowledge and be a Support provider in their IT help desk services.
 
Skylawn Technologies today is a Contact Centre strategically located in India’s prime IT parks – Millennium Business Park at Mhape, Navi Mumbai. The company offers Web based Customer Service & Support Services; a fully Multimedia Web-enabled Contact Center Service Bureau. The company has understood the global that Customers/Clients demand quality products as well as exceptional support services to the core and specializes in Customer Interaction Programs – 24x7 to cater to the International Companies and their timings suitability.
